We appreciated the way they did business with us. We had a set price and car trade in value we were looking for and Brandon was good at communicating with us on those. He worked with us on scheduling as much as possible, including fitting in a pre-purchase inspection. Car purchases are typically a bit stressful, however Brandon helped this be a much more pleasant experience than we have had at other dealerships. Hudson's warranty department also didn't feel like we were being pushed into anything. We left feeling like their business stood on having a decent product and that they weren't trying to sell you too much outside of that good product. There were a few 'due bill' items and a concern with the vehicle that Brandon helped coordinate once purchase was completed. Their Service team was efficient and pleasant to work with. Their crew maintaining the waiting lobby was lovely. We are happy with our purchase and would look here again in the future.
My experience is always great. I was able to get my car in when I needed, it was ready in a reasonable amount of time, and my advisor did a great join communicating with me about the status of my car.
Daniel was very helpful and attentive. When it became clear that the issue with my car was going to take a while, perhaps days, he offered me a free rental of the same car, which I appreciated.
They went the extra mile to get the car to exhibit Its mechanical problem. Then they did what it took to correct the problem. They were very professional and quick. Thank you!

I worked with Alex DeLuca and he was wonderful! Very straightforward about everything and we were able to come to an agreement. I have a crazy work schedule and he was happy to help and work around it. I am OBSESSED with my car and would highly recommend coming here for your next vehicle.
I cannot say enough positive things about Marcello in the service department. This man deserves a medal. 3 weeks ago a raccoon broke in and ransacked my vehicle, causing a surprising amount of damage to the interior while also making it a rolling biohazard. My insurance company was a pain to deal with from the start. Marcello stayed late several days waiting for the tow of my vehicle to his service department. He then navigated SEVERAL stages of the claims process that were convoluted, delayed and inefficient on the insurance carriers end. He was extremely transparent through the entire endeavor. In fact, if it weren't for Marcello and his communication, I would have received no updates on the progress of my claim, including missed adjuster appointments, tow confirmations, etc. This was in no way his responsibility to keep me informed on my insurance dealings, but he made a point to follow up with me at every stage of the process. It showed a commitment to customer service that is seldom found these days. I appreciate him and the entire Hudson Nissan service team that had to brave the raccoon car, and got me back to driving the pathfinder that I love.
Thank you Hudson Nissan and especially salesman Brandon for great service associated with my recent purchase of a 2017 Tahoe. Brandon was very friendly, personable, honest and able to accommodate numerous requests including a minor repair and a fair price. He also has a very professional manner no different than business partners that I deal with daily in the finance world. A shout out to Lisa, as well, who was very helpful coordinating the repair. Overall, a very good experience and Hudson Nissan is fortunate to have Brandon as an employee.
I would give TEN stars if I could. Kenny in the service department was absolutely AMAZING to work with. My husband was on a work trip in Charleston when our Jeep started having issues. I orchestrated everything from the upstate. I WAS PANICKING! Kenny put me at ease, efficiently diagnosed the issue, and had my husband heading home that day. He truly went above and beyond. Most fair treatment I have ever experienced buying a new vehicle, in past 30 years ! Most professional staff ever! No high pressure, no games and no "market adjustment value fee" charged over retail sticker price, like the Toyota rip off dealer, 1 mile south, on the right ! THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP YOU NEED TO BUY YOUR NEXT VEHICLE FROM !!!
I started off with a 2009, then moved up to the 2012 model. The only drawback with this car is the fact that I miss the musicbox that was in my 2012. Other than that, I am in love with this model!

Love Christian and all the guys in the service department. They are honest and we always feel taken care of. Easy to get in for appts and great with communication. Our truck has 192,000 miles and they are awesome at working with us to prioritize what needs to be done and what isn't necessary. Wouldn't take our Nissan anywhere else!

The technicians sent me videos of my car inspection, and the service rep talked me through their findings. I felt in complete agreement with their conclusions and appreciated that even though my back brakes failed inspection, they did not pressure me to buy them/service them in the moment. I have cried at other Nissan dealerships due to pushy and condescending sales reps!! This place was so respectful, and I can't tell you how much that means to me. I'll definitely be back.

Daniel was excellent in communicating what services my truck needed, what was and was not covered by my warranty, the time required by tech to work on the truck. The overall interaction was world-class.
