The people in the service department were all very friendly and helpful. I waited at the dealership while the services were performed and enjoyed the free coffee and snacks - nice touch. Chris told me the estimated time the services should take, and he was right on the money. He kept me updated on the progress which was appreciated.

Most fair treatment I have ever experienced buying a new vehicle, in past 30 years ! Most professional staff ever! No high pressure, no games and no "market adjustment value fee" charged over retail sticker price, like the Toyota rip off dealer, 1 mile south, on the right ! Highly recommend Hudson Nissan of Charleston! Everyone was great and super helpful. Our sales professional, Brandon, was super easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Ritchie was quick, fast, and was willing work with us after finding out what price range we were in. Phillip in financing was super helpful and got us in and out quick. I would recommend this dealership and staff to everyone!

I’ve been a customer of Hudson Nissan of Charleston for more than five years now, and have never had a negative experience with either their sales or service departments.
I started off with a 2009, then moved up to the 2012 model. The only drawback with this car is the fact that I miss the musicbox that was in my 2012. Other than that, I am in love with this model!

The reviews of this place are horrible but I had a wonderful experience and will certainly be back! The technicians sent me videos of my car inspection, and the service rep talked me through their findings. I felt in complete agreement with their conclusions and appreciated that even though my back brakes failed inspection, they did not pressure me to buy them/service them in the moment. I have cried at other Nissan dealerships due to pushy and condescending sales reps!! This place was so respectful, and I can't tell you how much that means to me. I'll definitely be back.

Brought our Rogue in for recall issue. Was told it would be an hour and a half. Turned out we were done in one hour. Service was friendly, professional and quick. Marcello was our service agent - we enjoyed working with him.
The Service Department Staff is always very professional when talking with me about any issues I may have. I am informed about problems they may encounter.
Chris is always good, which is why I request him as my service advisor. I have been a Nissan customer since 1994 (King Cab, Rogue, and currently a Frontier), and the only reason I keep coming back to Nissan is because of the service advisors. I tend to choose one that I feel comfortable with and stick with that person. In those 30 years, I have dealt constantly with three service advisors, Ray, Danny, and now Chris. If I get disappointed with your Service Dept., I am getting my vehicle from another company. One more thing...Kenneth is great if I need a ride, but I didn't this time because I stuck around.
Always a good experience at Hudson Nissan of Charleston. They found a problem caused by another tire company that gave me the wrong sized tires causing multiple ABS faults.
I appreciate the good communications from Josh, the service representative on the status of the car. I also find the inspection video made by Henry, the technician, very helpful. The loaner car was very convenient as well.
Took longer than expected but the work you did is ok (timing belt replaced). Some of the drive belts are making squeaking noise but Kenny and the Tech listened to it and said it was normal.
